The Lexington Park HOA is managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" for 2010 are $125.39 per home, per month. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month, when a $10.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. Board Meetings are held monthly. (no meeting in DECEMBER). Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
